Just a few words to say how pleased are with  the refurbishment of our apartment. We were a little apprehensive to go away and  leave the work to be done in our absence. We need not have worried and where delighted with the finished result. The apartment was always left immaculate and your cleaners did an amazing job. Many thanks to Lyden, and Jo who helped through it all, sent photo’s, emails and kept us informed. Thank you to Steve, for your excellent work, and quick response to any little snagging jobs.

The whole team did a fantastic job, helped with the planning of the phased work, organised collection and deliveries of all the materials. We were taken to the suppliers around the island and nothing was too much trouble. So it’s a big thank you to you all. We would not hesitate to use you again, and love our “new” apartment.

About two years ago we purchased an apartment in Puerto Santiago , the property needed extensive updating and after looking on the internet for a good builder , we eventually  found  Venli Building Services , after a visit from Lyden and the team, they planned our new bathroom and Kitchen, this then was installed very quickly and efficiently, because of the quality of their workmanship, we also had our apartment fitted with new, windows, and a patio door.
