If you are living outside of Tenerife then with a power of attorney Venli can complete the sale on your behalf ensuring that taxes are paid and all relevant paperwork is in order. Please be aware that as a non- resident you will have to retain 5% of the selling price, which has to be paid to the Hacienda.
