Renting your Property in Tenerife

One of the most common reasons for buying property in Tenerife and overseas is as an investment. If you are unable to buy your property out right then a mortgage would be necessary and what better way to cover the mortgage, by renting your property out on long term or short-term basis.

There are thousands of people that come to the Canaries each year either to find work, relocation or just spending the winter months in a hotter climate. All these people need accommodation.

Venli offer a full property management service and 24-hour call out service for any electrical or plumbing emergencies that may occur. If any major works or items needs replacing due to wear and tear, then we would confirm with you the costs before we continue.

We can also be responsible for the collection of rent due and directing the payment each month into your bank account.

We can offer you a 3 month or 6 month contract re-new able after the period if agreeable with you the owner. Before the client moves into your property a full inventory is completed. This checks that all items are present and that the propertys in good order, this is then signed and agreed by both Venli and the client. As a safe guard to potential damage in the future by the new client we obtain a months rent as deposit held by us. After the rental period is over Venli then go into the property and check the inventory and condition of the property. If any items are missing or broken these items are then replaced from there deposit. If the condition of the property needs repairing, repainting or even just a good old clean this also is taken out of their deposit. Once all this is agreed the balance of the deposit is returned.
