We do not guarantee the availability of this service. You are responsible for those fees, you must also provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the service.

As the user you are obliged to make use of this service for ethical and legal purposes only. You may not attempt to impersonate another person or user and you must also provide true and accurate information when contacting us either by email or by completing one of our web-forms. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in your access to this service been terminated.

We collect personal information on this website but only with your express permission (i.e. by completing our website form.) Should you complete one of our web-forms your details will be added to our client database and used to complete your request and deal with your enquiry. Similarly should you contact us by email we will log your personal information on our database system to better serve your enquiry.

We take your privacy very seriously and we take great care to ensure your personal information remains private. We will never sell, rent or lend your personal information to third-parties and we will never add you to any bulk mailing lists without your express consent. We do maintain an opt-in mailing list, which if you are a member you may opt out at any time using the opt-out links that are provided or by sending an email to: info@venli.com. This list will never be sold, lent or rented to any third parties.
Our servers are stored in a secure data centre, access to which is restricted to authorised and trusted personnel, server and database passwords are kept secure and only provided to authorised personnel. Our servers are also protected by current antivirus software and a network firewall to prevent external hacking.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information under the following conditions:
a) Where we are obliged to do so to comply with our obligations under law,
b) To assist in an ongoing criminal enquiry,
c) If our company is purchased by another, it can be assumed your personal information will be passed on as part of the sale.

Our website does not use cookies and we have no plans to use them, however we do record aggregate information (web stats) about our website visitors. This allows us to examine trends in our visitor numbers and advertising sources. The information recorded includes your IP address, browser type, screen depth, host headers and the pages you visited during your stay. Our website DOES NOT log any personally identifiable information without your express permission (see Collection of Personal Information above.)
