After many years on Tenerife, Venli had seen the island develop at a tremendous rate with numerous new developments in progress. With the experience and success they had achieved in the UK, Venli decided to start their own construction company in Tenerife.

It was not long before some of the large holiday complexes heard of the Venli reputation for reliability, good workmanship and finishing to deadline. Overnight, Venli grew from a small construction company building extensions and installing swimming pools, to reforming 300 bathrooms in a large hotel. Since then, the construction side of the business has grown from strength to strength and Venli Construction has reformed several holiday resorts, bars, nightclubs and restaurants.

By the end of 2007, Venli had completed building their own luxury apartments in Los Abrigos, a small fishing village in the south of Tenerife close to Golf del Sur and the newly built prestigious San Blas development.   For information email info@venli.com

Construction is a vast area so to counteract being let down by a third-party subcontractor and to keep a reputation of reliability, Venli opened their own Carpentry and Metal workshops to supply not only their own needs but also the needs of other contractors as well as the general public.

As the construction business grew, an office was needed so Venli set up their first office in the small village of Callao Salvaje in the south of Tenerife. At the time, the village was starting to develop and a great deal of new construction was either in progress or in the planning stages. There were already well-established hotels and holiday apartments, together with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy.

In addition, Venli opened their first estate agents in Callao Salvaje. Since then, they have become the largest estate agent in Callao and have built a good reputation for efficient, honest and friendly service.

Today, Callao Salvaje is a popular area to live and is a self-contained village with all the amenities you can wish for and still only 5 minutes from Las Americas and Fañabe. The finishing touch to Callao will be the beach due for completion 2011.  This will send property prices through the roof much like those in areas such as Fañabe.
