After spending more than 5 years on the Island of Tenerife, Venli have seen many new developments in progress and have seen the Island develop at a tremendous rate. With the experience and success they had achieved back in the UK, Venli decided to start their own construction company in Tenerife.
It was not long before some of the larger holiday resorts had heard of the Venli reputation of reliability, good workmanship and finishing by the deadline. Over night Venli had grown from a small construction company building extensions and putting in swimming pools to reforming 300 bathrooms in a large hotel.
The construction has grown from strength to strength and has reformed other holiday resorts, bars, nightclubs and restaurants.
By the end of 2007 Venli had completed their own block of luxury apartments in Los Abrigos, a small fishing village in the south of Tenerife close to the Golf del Sur and the newly built prestigous San Blas development.

Construction is a vast area to cover so to counter act being let down by a third party sub contractor and keep up their reputation of reliability Venli opened up their own Carpentry and Metal workshop to supply to their own needs and to the needs of other contractors and the public.
As the construction grew, an office was needed to run the business smoothly so Venli set up their first office in a small village on the south west of the island called Callao Salvaje - Tenerife. This village was starting to develop and a great deal of new construction was either under going or in the planning stages. There were already well-established hotels and holiday apartments, along with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Venli started their first real estate agents in Callao Salvaje. Over the past four years they have become the largest real estate agents in Callao and have built up a good reputation for efficient, honest and friendly service. Callao Salvaje has turned into a popular area to live and is a self contained village with all the amenities you can wish for and still only 5 minutes down the road from areas such as Las Americas and Fañabe. The final finishing touch to Callao will be the beach which is due to go in before 2010 this will send property prices through the roof pretty much like the prices have risen in areas like Fañabe.
